So, as a little experiment, I’m going to be logging the London Book Fair as it happens at www.booktwo.org/lbf2007/. For realtime updates, see the Twitter stream, and you can also grab an RSS feed. If people – particularly people attending – want to get involved, and make this more of a community backchannel – then please get in touch, and we’ll try to extend it. If not, no worries.
See you there…
Yep, ME!!! So I can be at the LBF at least a little bit ;) THX!!!

Hi James,
thanks for the twitter blogging of the the Book Fair. It’s been really informative and useful and has allowed me to spend those days sat in the sun rather than in London (don’t hate me…)
I have also found BookTwo to be a fascinating resource – it speaks directly to the exact kind of innovations we’re trying to develop within our own publishing business – it is now firmly in my Favourites. The things you find on Twitter, eh?
Many thanks and keep up the good work.

Glad you guys liked it. I don’t think a lot of people noticed, but it was an interesting experiment, particularly integrating it with photos at http://booktwo.tumblr.com.
Ben – Twitter is pretty great, but you need to use it for a while to see the benefits. I met up with someone I hadn’t seen in years recently thanks to Twitter, and got some interesting answers to twittered questions…
